General
How fast will I see results?
Google LSA and Search campaigns go live within the first week. Most clients see booked appointments within 24 to 72 hours. The Facebook/Instagram authority layer compounds over 30 to 60 days.
What does the AI text agent actually do?
The moment a lead comes in from any channel, any hour, it responds via text instantly, qualifies them in a real conversation, and books directly onto the right person's calendar. Zero leads fall through.
What if I already have a CRM?
You can keep using it. Our full automation and AI agent stack runs through our system. We walk you through exactly how everything connects on your onboarding call.
What's the guarantee exactly?
20 booked inspections in your first 60 days. If we don't hit that number, we keep working at zero cost until we do. No fine print, no asterisks.
Is the AI text agent TCPA compliant?
Yes. All lead forms include proper one-to-one opt-in consent meeting current TCPA requirements. Leads explicitly agree to be contacted by your business before we ever reach out.
Do I need to be on camera?
No, but it dramatically improves homeowner trust and close rates. We coach you through every step. If you'd rather stay off camera, we still run strong branded Google and Meta ads.
Google Ads & LSA Management
How much should a restoration company spend on Google Ads?
Most restoration companies see strong results starting at $3,000-$5,000/month per market. The right budget depends on your service area size, competition, and which service lines you're targeting. We'll model out expected lead volume and cost per lead before you commit a dollar.
What's the difference between Google Ads and Local Service Ads?
Google Ads (pay-per-click) appear below the map pack and charge you per click. Local Service Ads appear at the very top with your Google Guaranteed badge and charge per lead. Most restoration companies should run both, as they capture different buyer behaviors.
How long until I see results from Google Ads?
You'll start getting leads within the first week. However, it takes 60-90 days to fully optimize campaigns as we gather enough data to make statistically significant decisions about keywords, bids, and ad copy.
Why not just hire an in-house person to manage ads?
An experienced PPC manager costs $60K-$80K/year plus benefits. Our management fee is a fraction of that, and you get a team with deep restoration-specific expertise, proprietary keyword data, and experience across dozens of markets.
Can you take over my existing Google Ads account?
Absolutely. We audit your current campaigns, identify waste and missed opportunities, and restructure what's salvageable. Most clients see a 30-50% improvement in the first month just from eliminating wasted spend.
AI Speed-to-Lead System
Will the AI sound robotic or turn off potential customers?
Not at all. Our AI is trained specifically on restoration conversations and uses natural language. Most homeowners don't realize they're texting with an AI. We've tested this extensively, and response rates are actually higher than with human-only follow-up because of the speed.
What happens if the AI can't answer a question?
The AI seamlessly hands off to your team with full context. It never guesses or makes promises it can't keep. Your team gets a notification with the conversation history so they can pick up right where the AI left off.
How does this integrate with my current CRM?
We integrate with all major restoration CRMs including JobNimbus, Xactimate, CoreLogic, and dozens of others via direct integration or Zapier. Leads and conversation data flow directly into your existing workflow.
Can I customize what the AI says?
Yes. We build the AI's conversation flows around your specific services, pricing approach, service area, and brand voice. You approve every script before it goes live, and we adjust based on your feedback.
What does this cost compared to hiring another CSR?
A full-time customer service rep costs $35K-$50K/year and still can't work 24/7. Our AI system runs a fraction of that cost, never calls in sick, and handles unlimited concurrent conversations.
CRM & Pipeline Automation
What CRM do you use?
We primarily build on GoHighLevel for restoration companies because of its all-in-one capabilities: CRM, automation, texting, email, reviews, and reporting in one platform. If you already have a CRM you love, we can often build automations on top of it instead.
My team isn't tech-savvy. Will they actually use this?
That's exactly who we build for. Our pipelines are designed with minimal clicks and maximum automation. If your team can use a smartphone, they can use this system. We also provide ongoing support for the first 90 days.
How long does setup take?
Most CRM and pipeline setups are fully built and live within 2-3 weeks. That includes workflow mapping, system build, integrations, and team training. Complex multi-location setups may take 4-6 weeks.
Can this handle insurance restoration jobs?
Absolutely. We build specific pipeline stages for insurance jobs: claim filed, adjuster meeting scheduled, supplement submitted, approved, work authorized. Each stage has its own automations and follow-up sequences.
What happens to my existing leads and data?
We migrate your existing contacts, leads, and job history into the new system. Nothing gets lost. We also clean and de-duplicate your data during migration so you start fresh with a clean database.
Facebook & Instagram Ads
Do Facebook ads really work for restoration companies?
Yes, but only with proper strategy. Boosted posts don't work. Targeted campaigns with custom audiences, retargeting, and conversion tracking consistently generate leads at $15-$35 each for our restoration clients. The key is reaching homeowners at the right time with the right message.
How much should I budget for social ads?
We recommend starting at $1,500-$3,000/month to generate enough data for optimization. This typically produces 50-150 leads per month depending on your market. Once we prove ROI, most clients scale to $3,000-$7,000/month.
What about Instagram? Is it worth it for restoration?
Instagram is excellent for restoration because it's a visual platform. Before/after transformations, job site time-lapses, and team content perform exceptionally well. We run ads across both Facebook and Instagram from a single campaign to maximize reach.
Can you handle the creative, or do I need to provide photos?
We can handle both. Ideally, your team captures before/after photos and short videos on job sites (we'll give you a simple system for this). We then produce ad-ready creative from that content. If you have no content at all, we can produce ads with other approaches to start.
How do social ads compare to Google Ads for restoration?
They serve different purposes. Google Ads captures people actively searching for restoration (high intent, higher cost per lead). Social ads build awareness and capture demand before someone searches (lower cost per lead, slightly longer conversion window). Most successful companies run both.
High-Converting Landing Pages
What's the difference between a landing page and my website?
Your website serves many purposes: SEO, company info, careers, etc. A landing page has one job: convert a specific visitor from a specific ad into a lead. It removes navigation, distractions, and anything that doesn't drive the visitor to call or fill out a form.
Do I still need a regular website?
Yes. Your website handles organic SEO, brand presence, and general visitors. Landing pages are specifically for paid traffic where you're paying per click and need maximum conversion. They work together, not as replacements.
How many landing pages do I need?
At minimum, one per major service line you're advertising: water damage, fire damage, mold, etc. Ideally, you also have location-specific variants for your top markets. Most clients start with 3-5 pages and expand from there.
Can you match my existing brand and website design?
We can, but we don't always recommend it. If your current site has design elements that hurt conversions (we see this often), we'll suggest improvements while keeping your brand colors, logo, and overall identity consistent.
How do you track conversions on landing pages?
Every phone call, form submission, and chat interaction is tracked with unique phone numbers, UTM parameters, and conversion pixels. You'll see exactly which page, ad, and keyword produced each lead in your reporting dashboard.
Water Damage Restoration
How quickly can I start getting more water damage leads?
If you're already running Google Ads, we can typically improve lead flow within 2-3 weeks by optimizing campaigns and adding speed-to-lead response. For new campaigns, expect 30-45 days to ramp up as we gather data and optimize targeting.
What's a realistic cost per lead for water damage restoration?
In most markets, properly managed campaigns deliver water damage leads at $35-$65 each. Emergency, high-intent leads (active flooding, burst pipe) tend to be at the higher end but convert at much higher rates. Insurance-eligible leads have the best ROI despite higher acquisition cost.
Should I focus on Google Ads or social media for water damage?
Google Ads should be your primary channel because it captures active emergency intent. Social media works best as a supplementary channel for brand awareness, retargeting website visitors, and staying top-of-mind for when disaster strikes. Most water damage companies should allocate 70-80% of budget to Google.
How do I compete with ServiceMaster, SERVPRO, and other franchises?
Franchises have brand recognition but often have slower response times and less personalized service. We help independent companies compete by being faster (AI response), more targeted (local SEO and ads), and more aggressive with follow-up. Most homeowners care more about speed and reviews than brand name.
Can you help us get more insurance restoration jobs specifically?
Yes. We build campaigns that target insurance-eligible scenarios (major flooding, sewage backup, storm damage) and qualify leads for insurance status early in the conversation. We also help you build relationships with insurance adjusters and TPAs through targeted outreach.
Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration
How do I market fire damage restoration differently than water damage?
Fire damage marketing needs to lead with trust and empathy, not speed. Homeowners are dealing with trauma, displacement, and complex insurance claims. Your messaging should focus on expertise, insurance navigation support, and compassionate project management rather than just fast response times.
What's the best way to get on insurance preferred vendor lists?
While we don't directly place you on vendor lists, we help you build the online reputation and credentials that TPAs and adjusters look for: strong Google reviews mentioning insurance work, IICRC and RIA certifications prominently displayed, and content that demonstrates Xactimate and supplement expertise.
Is Google Ads worth it for fire damage with such high CPCs?
Absolutely, because the job values are proportionally high. A $60 click that converts to a $40,000 fire job is exceptional ROI. The key is conversion optimization: you can't afford to send $60 clicks to a mediocre website. With optimized landing pages, we typically see 8-15% conversion rates.
How do I generate fire damage leads when fire incidents are unpredictable?
Fire damage marketing is always-on because fires happen every day in every market. We run continuous campaigns targeting fire and smoke damage keywords, supplemented by retargeting and brand awareness so your company is the first one homeowners think of after an incident.
Should I specialize in fire damage or market all restoration services?
Market all your services but create dedicated campaigns and landing pages for fire damage. The specialization signals expertise to both homeowners and insurance companies. Many of our top-performing clients have separate brands or at least separate marketing funnels for their fire restoration division.
Mold Remediation
How do I generate mold remediation leads consistently?
Consistent mold leads come from a combination of Google Ads targeting high-intent keywords, SEO content capturing research-stage searches, and retargeting to stay in front of people who visited your site but weren't ready to call. This full-funnel approach generates leads at every stage of the buyer journey.
What's the best way to compete against cheap mold companies?
Don't compete on price. Compete on trust and credentials. Highlight your certifications, process, guarantees, and reviews prominently in every ad and landing page. Customers who choose based on quality over price are better clients and more likely to refer.
Should I offer free mold inspections as a lead magnet?
Free inspections can generate high volume but attract tire-kickers. A better approach is offering a low-cost inspection ($99-$149) that gets credited toward remediation. This filters for serious homeowners and positions your service as professional, not desperate.
How important are reviews for mold remediation marketing?
Reviews are the single most important conversion factor for mold companies. Homeowners are paranoid about hiring the wrong company. Having 50+ Google reviews with a 4.8+ rating and specific mentions of successful outcomes is worth more than any ad campaign.
Is mold remediation marketing seasonal?
Mold is year-round, but demand patterns shift. Spring and summer see higher volume due to humidity and post-storm moisture. Fall and winter bring condensation and holiday-related discovery (selling a home, hosting guests). We adjust messaging and budget to match these patterns.
Storm Damage Restoration
How fast can you launch campaigns after a storm?
With pre-built storm campaigns, we can be live within 2-4 hours of a confirmed storm event. We monitor weather patterns and damage reports in your service area and proactively reach out when we see a potential opportunity.
What do I do for marketing during the off-season?
We shift your budget and messaging to year-round services: roof inspections, water damage, gutter maintenance, and mold prevention. This keeps leads flowing, maintains your Google Ads quality scores, and builds the brand authority that pays off exponentially when the next storm hits.
How do I differentiate from storm chasers in my marketing?
Lead with your local roots: years in the community, local office address, state licenses, manufacturer certifications, and real Google reviews from local homeowners. We build landing pages that immediately signal you're an established local company, not a fly-by-night outfit with out-of-state plates.
Can your system handle a sudden surge of hundreds of leads?
Yes. Our AI speed-to-lead system handles unlimited concurrent conversations. During a storm surge, it qualifies leads, gathers damage details, and books inspections simultaneously. No lead goes unanswered regardless of volume.
Should I market for storm damage year-round or only during storm season?
Year-round, but with seasonal budget adjustments. Running campaigns continuously builds quality scores, maintains local SEO rankings, and keeps your retargeting audiences warm. During storm season, we scale budget 3-5x. During the off-season, we run at a maintenance level targeting related services.
Roofing Contractor Marketing
How do I compete with bigger roofing companies that outspend me?
Budget isn't everything. A $5K/month campaign with 12% landing page conversion rates and AI-powered follow-up will outperform a $20K/month campaign sending traffic to a mediocre website with slow follow-up. We help you win on efficiency, not just spend.
What's a realistic cost per lead for roofing?
Expect $40-$80 per lead for roof repair keywords and $60-$120 for full replacement keywords in competitive markets. The real metric that matters is cost per sold job. With our optimization and follow-up systems, most clients achieve a 5-8x return on their total marketing investment.
How do I get more Google reviews?
Systematic automation. After every job, our system sends a personalized text with a direct Google review link. A follow-up goes out 3 days later to non-responders. We coach your team on asking at the right moment (job completion walkthrough) and make the process frictionless for homeowners.
Should I be on social media as a roofing company?
Yes, but strategically. Before/after content, drone footage, time-lapse installations, and team spotlights build trust and awareness. Facebook retargeting ads targeting people who visited your website are particularly effective. Social media won't be your primary lead source, but it strengthens every other channel.
Can you help with commercial roofing marketing too?
Yes. Commercial roofing requires a different approach: longer sales cycles, relationship-based marketing, and targeting property managers and facility directors. We build separate campaigns for commercial with LinkedIn ads, targeted landing pages, and nurture sequences designed for B2B decision-making.
